7. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide reliable services, Shatara IT Solutions shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages.
• Loss of data resulting from third-party systems or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the relevant service unless otherwise required by applicable law.

8. Third-Party Services

Projects may incorporate third-party services such as hosting providers, payment gateways, APIs, cloud platforms or domain registrars. Shatara IT Solutions is not responsible for the availability, security or policies of third-party services.

9. Website Availability
